Endraswari E. Sayekti




Since joining Bahar in 2016, Endraswari has focused on Investments, Trade, Tourism and Industry. She has handled direct and indirect investments through mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, restructuring, and private placement; advised on import and export licensing procedures and provided regulatory advice on goods, services and trade policy. She has also advised on the development of one of the first tourism infrastructures in eastern parts of Indonesia, financing for the country’s first integrated industrial estate, and played a role in one of the biggest SOE’s restructuring plan in Indonesia.

Her most notable projects include Indonesia’s first Light Rail Transit project, acquisition of PT Lintas Marga Sedaya as Indonesia’s longest toll road operator and developing Indonesia’s first study on eHealth.

Prior to joining Bahar, Endraswari joined an internship program organized by a Malaysian affiliated law firm and represented Indonesia in the International Moot Court competition. She has since represented the firm in SwissCham and supports KADIN’s International Committee relating to investment and trade matters, including on several FTA discussions and preparation of KADIN’s study to develop Indonesia’s investment and export.
